Welcome to Villa Aurena. By booking a stay or hosting an event with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment.
- Prices are subject to change based on season, event type, and customization.
- Additional services or add-ons will be charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
- Stays: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. After that, charges apply.
- Events: 50% refund for cancellations made 15 days prior; no refund for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in: 2:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must provide valid ID at check-in.
- Any damage to property or amenities will be charged to the guest.
- Noise levels should be maintained to respect neighbors and local regulations.
Event Guidelines
- Maximum guest capacity must be adhered to.
- Alcohol service must comply with local laws.
- Fireworks, loud music, or hazardous activities require prior approval.
Privacy & Media
- Photos or videos taken during events will only be used for promotional purposes with consent.
- Guest privacy is respected at all times.
Liability
- Villa Aurena is not responsible for loss of valuables, accidents, or injuries during stay or events.
- Guests are advised to supervise children and ensure personal safety.
Add-On Services
- Services like catering, décor, and entertainment are subject to availability and prior booking.
- Pick & Drop and valet parking are provided as per request.
Force Majeure
- Villa Aurena is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
